Soo I've lived in Chicago my entire life up until last year. I've grown up there so I pretty much know all the ins and outs of the city like...don't even try going over to the South side reppin the Cubbies, you will die. Same goes for the Sox fans on the North side. Or...where to go if you want a real pizza aka deep dish or a real Chicago style hotdog. Also, Chicago is known for its music and venues. Some of the greatest bands ever created stemmed from Chicago. I've been to numerous concerts all over and I've got to say, nothing beats any of the Chicago concert venues. Whether it be the Hous of Blues, the Metro, the Riviera, Charter One Pavillion, each has a different atmosphere for everyone. As for culture, it's amazing how much culture and diversity can be in one city. That's one of the main reasons why I love it so much. Some look at Chicago as a "lesser version" of NYC. Having lived in Chicago and been to NYC numerous times, I know Chicago is so much more than that.
